Cubical was founded in 2011 and was the capstone of experience and knowledge acquired by the company’s officers and partners since 2006.

The company through its network of permanent, experienced and specialized partners provides comprehensive services associated with the Engineering and Real Estate sector. Our services are for individuals (foreign residents or not), legal persons and public sector entities.

Cubical today successfully manages an exclusive 11,000.00 sq.m real estate portfolio consisted of individual residential property (houses, offices, shops and buildings) as well as land (parcel, land plots), providing comprehensive services that enable owners to maximize their return on investment while reducing risk.

Along with the management of the exclusive real estate portfolio, Cubical through its executives and associates has carried out renovations of apartments and shops in Athens / Attica, valuations and real estate advisory on private properties in Greece, Cyprus, Eastern Europe (Romania, Poland), the Balkans (Serbia, Croatia , Bulgaria and Montenegro) and the United States (New York, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Tennessee) and also participated in assessing public enterprises and entities (SOEs).

Cubical provides the wide range of services to third parties that may wish to use individual services or group of services such as to renovate their property, sell their real estate assets, take advice on the evaluation and exploitation of their property, etc.

Leadership

Thomas Papadas BEng., MSc

Thomas Papadas is responsible for office’s General Management, focusing on the development and integration of company’s principles to the provided services.

He is an Engineer graduate of the Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom, holder of a Master of the Engineering Department of the Surrey University, United Kingdom and has completed his studies at the National Technical University of Athens.

Before the establishment of Cubical he worked initially in the private sector and subsequently as a freelancer providing services associated with the sectors of Engineering and Real Estate. He was a member of private companies, educational seminars rapporteur, external consultant of the Cypriot company P&A Ltd and permanent associate of the company American Appraisal Hellas.

He is a member of many organizations, associations and chambers, such as the Technical Chamber of Greece, the Association of Mechanical Engineers of Greece, the Athens Chamber of Tradesmen, the Association of Realtors Athens-Attica, Hellenic Valuation Institute etc.
