Training Programs for Small Business Employees (employing 1-49 employees)
The  KEK SARONIS  fully understanding the specific educational needs of small businesses, workers creates programs adapted to the current reality in order to successfully meet the modern requirements.

LAEK’s subsidized training programs for employees are an ideal opportunity for small businesses with a need to train their staff at no extra cost.

Vocational training programs include enterprises that:

They want to train their staff and are members of the employers’ representatives in their industry.
They pay to IKA the LAEK employer contribution (0.24%) for the employees of their company for the current year.
They employ between 1 and 49 employees.
The training program, which is involved, is not funded by another institution.
They are not funded by another OAED training program. and LAEK for the employees taking part in this training program.
Workers may also participate in the above program:

Whose employers are not covered by employers’ representative bodies; or
Employers who do not wish to participate in a training program through their sector representative body or
Their employment does not allow them to have a fixed employer but the employer’s contribution (0.24%) is paid for them.
terms of participation

Training programs:

implementation outside working hours
include only the theoretical part
their duration is 40 hours
the number of teaching hours does not exceed 4 per day
MONITORING CERTIFICATE
Participants, after the successful completion of the program, are given Certificate of Attention.
